Prevention is the most effective way to treat diaper rash.
- Clean the cloth diapers between uses.
Uncleaned cloth diaper typically is the common cause of diaper rash. Previous uncleaned urine and stool might expose the baby covered area to bacteria and yeast infection! - Skip the scented wipes.
Scented wipes might smell good after wiping your baby’s bottom however, in order to have scented wipes, chemical fragrance will be added in the wipes and this might trigger baby’s skin allergic reaction. - Change baby’s diapers ASAP.
Diapers today are highly absorbent and can wick away excess moisture from the skin. However, it is still a good idea to change the diapers every few hours to prevent urine or feces from coming into contact with skin. - Clean baby’s bum with clean water only

Clean and dry baby’s bum can prevent the bum from getting too moist because of urine and stool!
