BioNexus Status
Awarded by Ministry of Science and Technology (MOSTi) through Biotechnology Cooperation Malaysia. This status recognizes Furley Bioextracts to be involved in the manufacture, production of Biotechnology related goods.
What is BioNexus Status?
BioNexus is a special status awarded to qualified international and Malaysian biotechnology companies. The status bestows fiscal incentives, grants and other guarantees to assist growth. This status is awarded to qualified companies undertaking value-added biotechnology and/or life sciences activies. ISO22000:2005 UKAS
The ISO 22000 family of International Standards addresses food safety management.
The consequences of unsafe food can be serious and ISO’s food safety management standards help organizations identify and control food safety hazards. As many of today’s food products repeatedly cross national boundaries, International Standards are needed to ensure the safety of the global food supply chain.
HACCP MS1480:2007
Fundamental basic for a manufacturer to ensure safety of manufactured products.
HACCP is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.
cGMP
Current Good Manufacturing Practice certification is exclusively issued by the Ministry of Health Malaysia only. Other agencies issuing GMP certifications may not be recognised in Malaysia.

Food Supplement (MAL)
This certification allows us to manufacture unscheduled food supplements which can include supplements with claims.
This includes products with a hologram sticker which will encompass a unique serial number, known as the meditag. These are products which require registration with the Malaysian Ministry of Health.

Traditional non-edible semisolids
The licence enables us to manufacture products which are not for consumption such as balms, liquids & cosmetic bases. These products require registration with the Malaysia Ministry of Health and have been classified as Traditional.

1-Innocert AA
The 1-InnoCERT certification process involves a two-stage assessment. Potential innovative companies are required to conduct an on-line self-assessment to gauge on their preparedness to be certified as a 1-InnoCERT company. Upon completing the self-assessment, the on-line system will generate a Technology Innovation System Evaluation Index, ranging from 0 to 1,000 scores. A scoring of higher than 700 is an indication that the company’s internal innovation system and processes are readied to comply with the requirement.
Malaysia Good Design Mark 2014
Malaysia Good Design Mark is the highest design recognition from the Malaysian Government through MRM which endorses products that bears quality in design manufacturing. By having the recognition, it provides good reputation for the company in both trust and assurance in business, besides building product confidence among consumers over the long term.
