Imagine the amount of faecal matter on their hands. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many people do wash their hands. With water. But very few use soap, let alone, wash thoroughly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"So_how_do_you_wash_your_hands_thoroughly\"><\/span>So, how do you wash your hands thoroughly? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the CDC:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Wet <\/strong>your hands with clean running water. Turn off the tap and apply a sufficient amount of soap. <\/li><li><strong>Lather<\/strong> the soap between your hands. Spread this lather to the back of your hands, in between your fingers and your wrists. <\/li><li><strong>Scrub<\/strong> your hands lightly using your fingernail bed for 20 seconds. Don&#8217;t know how long that is? Sing &#8216;Happy Birthday,&#8217; start to finish, twice.
