COVID-19 cases are increasing everyday, even several months on we must still remain vigilant and follow SOP to prevent against coronavirus. Here are some tips to prevent against coronavirus.

- Avoid getting close to sick people.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Avoid leaving your house when sick.
- Close your mouth when you cough or sneeze into a tissue, then dispose of it in the trash.
- Clean objects and surfaces regularly with disinfectants or home cleaning products.
- Follow the MOH’s recommendations for using face masks.
- Face masks should be worn by people showing symptoms of COVID-19 to help prevent the spread of this disease. Use of face masks by health care workers and caregivers is also important.
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing.
- If soap and water are not available use hand sanitiser proven to kill 99.9% bacteria.
