Thank you for following Furley’s journey from Malaysia to Silicon Valley. We made it as the finalist at the World Cup Tech challenge and it was a true eye opener. The hunger and competitive nature of all the participants is something I took away and will always remind ourselves.

 Always be hungry

Keep your eyes peeled onto our YouTube for interesting content and videos!

Due to the remarkable support from fellow Malaysian’s we have tied up an event with SP Setia. In line with our desire to Fulfill Life we have decided to focus on the education aspect and for both of the upcoming events on the 18th of June and Mangosteen Day which will be held on the 4th of November at Taylor Lakeside Campus we have created engaging hopefully interesting activities for our participants.

Increase awareness of ingredients

What are in our cosmetics and foods?

We have decided to teach people how to make their own soap at home!!
Right now we are prototyping the experiment with oils which we can purchase from the supermarket.

Sunflower, Canola, Palm and Olive Oil.
Objective:  To create soaps from each individual oil before combing them.

Near the end of the soap making process using palm oil, it was relatively simple. We are expecting a firm soap.

Using olive oil and sodium hydroxide (lye), it turns out there is more to it than just stirring! We needed to increase the agitation of the solution to make soap! Tomorrow we will be using the homogenizer and expecting to have much better results.
